At Nomad the Label, we always strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. That’s why we’ve introduced a self-service Order Editing Portal, allowing you to make changes to your order without needing to contact our customer service.
Now, whether you need to update your shipping address, swap a size, or even add another item to your order, you can do it all on your own with just a few clicks.
Here’s how it works:
How to access the Order Editing Portal
You can access the portal in two ways:
1. Immediately after checkout: You’ll find a link to edit your order on the Thank You page.
2. From your order confirmation email: Look for a link in the email you receive after placing your order. Simply click the Edit My Order button, and you’ll be taken to the Order Editing Portal, where you can make changes.
Note: When you click the Edit My Order button from your email, you might receive a notification on your screen asking you to enter an authentication code. This code will be sent to your email inbox. Don't worry— this is just a security measure to protect your account. Simply check your inbox, retrieve the code, and enter it to proceed.
What can you edit?
Our Order Editing Portal allows you to:
Update your shipping address
Change your contact information
Modify product variants, including size and color
Add more items to your order without placing a new one.
Download your invoice
Important notes
Order edits are only available within 30 minutes after completing your purchase. After this time, if you need to amend your order, please contact our customer service at care@nomadthelabel.com.
Once your order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.
If your order is already on its way, you may need to contact our customer service for further assistance.
Any additional items added to your order will be charged at checkout within the portal.
