My items arrived damaged, what should I do now?Updated 7 months ago

We apologize if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment with detailed information to [email protected] for consideration.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, including a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on available inventory. We have a 30-day faulty claim period for all our garments. Please note that this excludes general wear and tear.
