What is your returns & exchange policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase from Nomad the Label. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all full-priced items to exchange for another item, receive store credit with no expiry date

Can I return a sale item?

Please choose carefully as all sale items purchased cannot be returned to exchange, refunded or to receive a store credit for any reason. All sale purchases are final.

Can I return a pre-order item?

Yes, all items marked as pre-orders fall under our normal returns policy. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Can I exchange for an item that is sold out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for a size that is sold out as we do not guarantee that every product will be restocked. Additionally, we offer returns and refunds for full-priced items placed within 30 days. Please see our Returns Po

Is it possible to exchange my item for a different size/colour/style?

Certainly! You have the option to return your item for an exchange with a different size, colour, or style that better suits your preferences, subject to availability.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do now?

We apologize if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment with detailed information to [email protected] for consideration. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar leg

If I am returning an item for a refund, how much will the refund be?

Once your return is approved, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be reimbursed back to your original method of payment and you will also receive a refund notification email for your reference.
